So, always It is advised to eat good foods that are rich in vitamins, minerals and nutrients. The food we eat daily affects our health. Every food has it's own amount of nutrition but choosing a right food is always a great idea.
Nutrition basically is contains 7 main elements that tells the value of the food ie. - 1.Proteins 2.Carbohydrates 3.Fats 4.Vitamins 5.Minerals 6.Fiber 7.Water
3. Meditation
We are healthy when our mind is healthy. There is no happiness or peace if mind in not stable. It is very important to control the mind and that can only take place when we exercise for it. The best way to control our mind is Meditation.
It is very easy to do. Anywhere - Anytime.
There are many types of meditation like mindfulness meditation , Focus meditation, Movement meditation , Mantra meditation etc.
4.Discipline and Determination
We all are slaves of our mind.
When we start to loose motivation our bad thoughts tell us to give up and pull us to the initial stage. That is the time we don't have to give up. Our body is like a car and mind a driver. The way driver controls the car decides the car movements. We have to follow the same routine daily and do the work without having any expectations. Just we have to be Disciplined and Determined for our goals.
Fat or lean doesn't matter but if you are not comfortable and is not good for you then change it.
